Our annual Townsquare Media  yard sale held last Saturday was a huge success, thanks to you!

Nearly 100 people took advantage of our stations' loyalty clubs early entrance coupon at last Saturday's yard sale at Perry Tech. They got in 30 minutes before the general public, giving them a crack at over 70 vendors all in one location. When the gates opened at 8am, there was a long line of shoppers eager to see what bargains and unique items were available. In all over 2,000 people attended, and our vendors  took in an estimate $40,000 in sales.

We also collected two full pallet loads of non perishable foods for Northwest Harvest. Rosemary Rief, Northwest Harvest director told us today that donations totaled nearly a half ton!

One of the things our staff does while collecting the food donations is look for unusual food items.  This had to be the trophy winner this year!

We understand that boiled peanuts are a common snack item in the deep south, but you don't see them much in the Great Pacific Northwest!
