If You Live in WA State, You’ll Likely Plan a Trip to Vegas Soon

It seems that Washington residents are in the top 10 US states to plan trips to Vegas the most.

I’m not surprised. It only takes a couple of hours to drive to a nearby airport to hop on Las Vegas flights.

If you live in Central Washington, for example, you have the option of going to the Tri-Cities airport in Pasco and take an Allegiant Airlines flight to Vegas, or go to the Seattle International Airport and fly to Vegas on Frontier, Spirit, and other airlines.

If you’re living closer to the eastern part of Washington state, Spokane has a few airlines that will get you to Vegas on Allegiant, too.

It’s so much fun to head to Vegas, especially if you have plans to attend a big concert or one of the NHL or NFL sports games. I’ve never been an Oakland Raiders fan, but found myself recently cheering on the Las Vegas Raiders, simply because they are in Vegas now.

Each time I head to Vegas, I never leave The Strip, even though I've made plans to visit other parts of the city. I’m happy as a clam walking up and down Las Vegas Boulevard, taking in the sights and lights of the marvelous resort hotels.

I also get a kick out of watching the street performers, especially that one couple who wow the crowds singing old R&B songs. Kelly Clarkson even loves them!

It wouldn’t be surprising to run into one of your fellow Washington state residents on your next Vegas trip. I plan to meet some of my friends down there before the year is up to celebrate my birthday!

Besides running off to elope, or going to a friend’s bachelor/bachelorette party, here Washington state residents love coming up with any reason to find things to do in Las Vegas!
