A quarantine at the Yakima County Department of Corrections has been lifted after test results turned up negative on three suspected cases of COVID-19.
According to a news release, on Friday Department of Corrections received the test results from the State Department of Health on three male inmates who were tested for COVID19 on March 18.
The inmates were tested because they had possible symptoms of the disease.

The news release says the Yakima County Department of Corrections continues to follow Yakima County Health Department, the Washington State Health Department and Center for Disease Control guidelines for the care of inmates, staff and the public.
