Tuesday is Presidential Primary day. Have you voted yet? So far 30% of the 119,000 ballots sent to registered voters in Yakima County have been returned to the auditors office. Yakima County Auditor Charles Ross says he expects a 30% to 35% turnout in the election.
Voters are being asked to pick a party before choosing a candidate within that party for president. That instruction is upsetting many people. And now many of the choices for democratic voters aren't running for president anymore.
Voters also must mark a party affiliation box on the outside of the envelope. Some people are so upset they've shredded or torn up the ballet and mailed it back to the auditors office. Ross says he understands the frustration.

The ballot is due at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 10.
