The political race is gaining steam as the voters get closer to running to the polls. The democratic candidate for governor made a stop in Yakima today to discuss jobs and education. Jay Inslee discussed his plans yesterday afternoon at Yakima Valley Community College about creating more jobs. The important of higher education and workforce training. Inslee formerly represented our region for congress and taught at Y.V.C.C..  He also said his jobs painting houses and driving bulldozer has given him respect for all work.  Rob McKenna, Inslee's competition visited Yakima last week.
