Argument In Safeway Parking Lot Results in Shooting

A 31-year-old man was seriously injured in a shooting Thursday afternoon in the Safeway parking lot on 5th Avenue. Yakima Police say the incident started as an argument about a cell phone. The suspect drew a handgun during the conversation and shot the victim twice
