Should Washington Join 41 Other States and Allow for Charter Schools?

 Washington is one of only 9 states that doesn't allow for Charter Schools.  Washington voters will have a chance to change that in two weeks.  Initiative 1240 would allow for 40 new Charter Schools over the next five years.  We will have a spokesperson for the yes on 1-1240 on "Mike Bastinelli Show."    Also joining up Union Gap Mayor Jim Lemon who is opposed to Proposition 1.  The measure on the Union Gap ballot which would change that cities form of government.    Tonight from 3 to 6 on AM 1289 and FM 99.3 Newstalk KIT.
