The wide receiver took to Twitter today and said he may be back on the field as soon as October.

Seahawks wideout Percy Harvin underwent hip surgery during training camp, and is projected to be out for the first 12 games of the season. However, Harvin tweeted today that he could be back sooner than later.

Of course, this is not any sort of official announcement by the team, and it could be just wishful thinking on Harvin's part. If he does come back by Nov. 1, it could mean a lot to the team. On the other hand, if the Seahawks get off to a strong start, they may not want to rush Harvin back.
