If you have concerns about your neighborhood you are invited to a neighborhood forum  Saturday, October 14th beginning at 4:00 pm at St. Michael’s Episcopal Mission (5 South Naches Avenue.) The forum is an opportunity for community members to share their concerns about public safety issues and provide input about potential solutions.

The forum has been organized by the Yakima City Council and several people who live in the neighborhood in which St. Michael’s is located.

The October 14th forum will be presented in English.  Translation for non-English-speaking attendees will be available.

The City Council announced plans earlier this year for several neighborhood forums to be held throughout Yakima in order to gather feedback from community members as part of developing a long-term strategy addressing public safety issues.
