Mini Van Collides with Motorcyclists, Injuring Two
A sunny summer ride on a motorcycle on Highway 12 turned into emergency helicopter rides for two people near Ethel.
Two people on a motorcycle both suffered broken legs after a crash with a mini-van. It happened when a 70-year-old Mossyrock woman turned into the path of an oncoming motorcycle. State Patrol officers say the riders on the Harley Davidson slammed into the side of a minivan. Both Randy and Irene Gomez from Moxee, WA had to be airlifted to regional trauma centers with leg injuries. The woman driving the minivan, Beverly Overbay, wasn’t hurt.
