Man Continues To Recover From Shooting

A 31-year-old man shot in Toppenish on Monday continues to recover at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Police in the lower valley town say the man was shot at about 2:20 a.m. Monday while riding a bicycle in the 200 block of West First Avenue. The man told authorities he was riding home from Legends Casino when someone pulled up in a car and a passenger fired a shot at him.
The man was taken to a Yakima hospital then transferred to Harborview in Seattle.
No arrests have been made. An investigation continues.
