The Yakima Valley Community College Vineyard and Winery Technology program will host  Wine and Cheese 101 on the YVCC Grandview Campus.

Wine and cheese are known as two of life’s greatest culinary pleasures and finding the perfect match can be a delicious endeavor.  Instructor Rachel Mercer will teach about the different types of cheeses and how they are made, as well as important cheese regions of the world.  Washington wines will be paired with a variety of cheeses and participants will get  tips on how to enhance a wine and cheese experience.
