You watch what you eat, you work out, you don’t have any vices but there is still one more thing you can do to be healthy.  Here it is – Get Along.  Yup, get along with your co-workers for better health.

A new review of research out of Australia found that people who strongly identified with their colleagues or workplace had better health and were at lower risk for burnout. The review included 58 studies covering 19-thousand employees in 15 different countries, working in a variety of professions --including service, health sales and the military.
CBS News says social relationships in the workplace can play a major role in health at work. The researchers said strong social links at work contributes to both physical and psychological health.
