First Tee of Yakima Teaching Kids a Sport and Valuable Life Skills

Imagine a program in which kids learn a sport and also valuable life skills? You don't have to imagine it. It's called First Tee of Yakima and the executive director is Christina McCarthy who's inviting you to help the program tomorrow by playing golf.

If you'd like to help out you're invited to the 3rd annual all day golf event and appreciation day on Thursday at Suntides golf course. One of the highlights of the day is the ball drop from a helicopter. You purchase a golf ball and the ball closest to the pin will win a thousand dollars.
