Even though the Seattle Seahawks were idle last Sunday, their NFL best 10-1 record keeps them on top of the latest power rankings.

Pete Prisco at CBSSports.com says:

With the line healthy again, it's time to crank up the passing game. Percy Harvin has to get some plays down the field.

Also at CBSSports.com, Pat Kirwan has this take:

The Seahawks had a bye and are well rested for the final push for home field advantage throughout the playoffs. Pay close attention to the secondary this week against the Saints.

The analysts at ESPN.com said this:

Tough to dispute this one. Seattle's bye week was the best result for last week's top three, with both the Broncos and Chiefs dropping decisions Sunday.

Brian Billick at FOXSports.com gives his opinion:

The Seahawks are starting to separate themselves as the best team in the NFL, but they won't stay there if their players continue to get suspended.

Power rankings from the Associated Press and NFL.com will be released later Tuesday.
