Definition of Win/Win – Red Wine & Chocolate — Dave’s Diary

Any time you can find a reason to put red wine and chocolate together in the same room it’s a good day.  February 13^th will be a good day!The inaugural Secret Crush event will be held Friday the 13^th  from 6:00 – 9:00pm at the 4th Street Theatre in Yakima. The event will feature award-winning, 90+ and gold medals wines, as well as special wines too limited in quantity to have been reviewed.

Participants will enjoy gourmet bites and cooking demonstrations with Chef Roger Hazzard of Bon Vino’s restaurant in Sunnyside. The evening will also include an interactive tasting and discussion of the flavor profiles of wines grown in different areas of the Yakima Valley AVA by some of the Valley’s most acclaimed winemakers and growers.  Tickets are $75 and are in limited supply.
