Dave’s Diary: A Little More TV Triggers A Lot More Teen Depression

Gety Images

You never hear surveys like this about listening to the radio.  You never hear how radio rots your brain or destroys the fabric of society.  Unless it’s the critics of conservative talk radio!  I’m just sayin’. Here is the latest…Teens who watched just 21 extra minutes of TV daily were more likely to become depressed as young adults, compared with those who watched less.  21 minutes…that’s all it takes!  For example watching 2 hours and 38 minutes vs. 2 hours and 17 minutes. Just 21 minutes…that’s depressing in and of itself!   Might I recommend this cure…more RADIO!   (Woman’s Day)
