**California has delayed the implementation of Proposition 12.

According to the National Pork Producers Council, granting six months of additional relief for products in the supply chain allows grocery stores to remain stocked so Californians have uninterrupted access to pork products.

NPPC claims, while this temporary solution doesn’t solve the Prop 12 challenges, we look forward to working with Congress to find a permanent solution.

The Supreme Court ruled in favor of the law earlier this year.

The Indian tariffs included American products like chickpeas, lentils, almonds, walnuts, and apples.

Tai says, these tariff cuts will restore and expand market opportunities for U.S. agricultural producers and manufacturers.
