The Morning News got a much needed infusion of beauty and brains this morning when Miss Yakima Outstanding Teen Emily Spicer and Miss Yakima County Jocelyn Baca stopped by for a visit.

Both young women are looking forward to a busy year ahead and both have high hopes for an exciting and fulfilling reign.
