Major construction work continues in the Yakima School District with support beams for walls already up at the new Eisenhower High School at 40th and Tieton. District spokeswoman Mary Beth Wright says remodeling and expansion work is also ongoing at Davis High School, YVTech and Stanton Academy. Work on the new $106 million Eisenhower High School is expected to wrap up in the summer of 2013. Stanton should be completed by next August and the work at Davis and YVTech is set to wrap up in the summer of 2015.
