Yakima County Prosecutor Joe Brusic says he's looking for more evidence before he charges any suspects in connection with a fatal shooting in Toppenish Friday, April 19.  Brusic says the evidence they have at this time doesn't support charging anyone with the shooting of 50-year-old David Campos. He was killed during a fight outside a Toppenish apartment. Toppenish Police arrested three suspects ages 17,18 and 20 and the three suspects were set to be charged with murder on Monday, but were released. Brusic says he's working with investigators and hopes to gain more information to file charges in the near future. The shooting was reported at about 10:30 p.m. on Friday, April 19 on North Beech Street in Toppenish.
