Yakima County Prosecutor Apologizes For DUI Arrest

Yakima County Prosecutor Jim Hagarty has issued an apology to County residents following his DUI arrest in the Selah area on Tuesday night. Hagarty was in the office yesterday as he awaits a court appearance. AN outside prosecutor, possibly from Kittitas County will have to handle the case against Hagarty. In his apology Hagarty says he quote "sincerely regrets the unfortunate incident and am thankful no one was injured."...he went on to say "I regret the lack of appropriate judgement made by me in this situation."
