Yakima County Mask Giveaway Schedule

Valley Office of Emergency Management in partnership with the Yakima Health District is working to ensure distribution of free masks (face coverings) prior to the 4th of July holiday weekend to any people within Yakima County.  The region's mantra of "Mask Up to Open Up" seems to be taking hold with greater numbers of residents wearing masks.

A news release from The Yakima Valley Office of Emergency Management announces  two community drive-thru mask pick up sites:for later this week.

●Wednesday, July 1st,in Zillah from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Steel Structures America, 804 Zillah W Dr, Zillah, WA 98953, right off Interstate 82.

●Thursday, July 2nd, in Union Gap from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm○at Valley Mall Parking, 2529 Main St, Union Gap, WA 98903, in the Sears parking lot on the corner of E. Valley Mall Blvd and 1st Street.

If the County needs to mask up, here's an opportunity to get the masks to get it done!
