The Yakima City Council will vote this week on a partnership to renovate one local facility.

It would be a partnership with the school district to renovate the Lions Pool Facility.

But it is not the pool that will be worked on, it is actually the tennis courts.

In the agreement, the city and the school district would work together to create six new tennis courts and renovate the parking lot around the Lions Pool facility. The old tennis courts were destroyed in the Davis High School renovations.

The development would cost $280,000.
