If you have an old uncertified wood stove you'll be able to make some money by recycling it during the Yakima Regional Clean Air Agency Bounty Blowout this Saturday. Michelle Blanchard is the Woodstove Changeout Coordinator who tells KIT News. "You got an old wood stove that's just sitting around it's losing you money."
The Bounty Blowout will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday at Yakima's Pacific Steel at 409 Butterfield Road. You'll need to get a voucher before you go. Contact the Yakima Clean Air Agency at 834-2050 or check the website at yakimacleanair.org. Click on air quality and wood stove information.
