Wednesday Is National Coffee With A Cop Day

Wednesday is national Coffee With A Cop Day and the Yakima Police Department is holding an event at Northtown Coffeehouse on North Front Street. Police spokesman Mike Bastinelli says Coffee With A Cop was started in 2011 by the Hawthorne California Police Department. And now Bastinelli tells KIT News. "We have law enforcement agencies in all 50 states and 5 foreign countries now participating in Coffee With A Cop."
Wednesday's Coffee With A Cop event in Yakima will be held at North Town Coffeehouse on North Front Street from 9:30 a.m.  until 11:30 a.m.
