Water Line Work to Close I Street This Week

Yakima City crews will be working on a water line this week that will impact traffic. The closure starting Monday, August 10 through Friday, August 14 will close I Street between 5th Avenue and 1st Street. A news release from the city says due to heavy traffic volumes on I Street, drivers can expect delays and should use alternate routes if possible until the work is completed.
