Union Gap facing the possibility of City Hall shutting down and looking for a place to relocate employees. The City is looking for ways to recover from an expensive mold problem. The clean up is estimated at over $350,000. The City might be demolishing the building to make room for a new city center. The new center would include fire and police, but there's no estimate yet on the cost. A five-year plan will be introduced at the next council meeting. Voters will have the final say on whether or not they want to pay for a new city hall. City Hall is temporarily located across the street from the fire station.
