
Yakima Valley Residents to Meet with State Lawmakers in April Town Halls
Yakima will have the chance to connect with state representatives later this month, as lawmakers from the 14th Legislative District prepare to host a series of town hall meetings. The meetings give you the opportunity to talk with lawmakers about key issues facing the region.
YAKIMA AND TOPPENISH TOWN HALLS
State Representatives Gloria Mendoza of Grandview and Deb Manjarrez of Wapato will lead the town halls in Yakima and Toppenish. The Yakima session is set for the evening of April 27 at the Excel Youth Center, located at 1009 N. Ninth Ave, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The following day, on April 28, residents in Toppenish can participate in the town hall at Astria Toppenish Hospital, 502 W. Fourth Ave, also from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Adding to the discussion in Yakima, Representatives Chris Corry and Jeremie Dufault from the 15th District will join Mendoza and Manjarrez at the Monday evening event, giving more details while answering your questions.
