EAT TO LIVE, LOVE TO EAT...

Spring "road trip" weather is just around the corner and I’ve been dying to travel to Oregon when it starts warming up. I want to do a foodie's road trip experience when I go!

I am always looking for recommendations for the best restaurants to stop and eat on the way through Oregon so I decided to check out the top 3 restaurants in the three fastest growing cities in the state.

WHAT OREGON CITIES ARE IN THE TOP 3 FOR GROWTH?

I discovered that the KGW News team, supported by data from the Portland Business Journal, highlighted that Estacada, King City, and Happy Valley are the top 3 booming cities in Oregon. So I’ll focus on these three cities and look for the top three recommended places to eat in each city. My eyes are getting bigger than my stomach!
