The Face of Fishing’s Next Generation — Dave’s Diary

Thanks and congratulations to the Yakima Greenway Foundation and all their sponsors for putting on another great kids fishing event on Saturday. It can’t be easy to marshal 1,000 T-shirts, fishing poles and bait, fishing schedules, volunteers and more — but they do it beautifully. It was a pretty day, fish were biting, people were polite and we can’t wait to do it again next year. However we won’t wait until then to go fishing again.  Look at this face, the hook is set and another “fisherman” (fishergirl) is forever

on the line!
