The water main break flooded 72nd Avenue between Tieton Drive and Summitview Avenue. The roadway was closed for several hours.
No word on what caused the pipe to break.
Peyser was first arrested in May shortly after the death but was released because of a lack of evidence.
He's being held in the Yakima County jail on bail set at $100,000.

Drop boxes are located in Sunnyside and Toppenish. The boxes are also at Selah City Hall and Tieton Town Hall. There's also a drop box located across the street from the Yakima County courthouse on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
