Woman Found Dead in Tieton Was Victim of Homicide

Authorities say a woman whose body was found in Tieton last week was the victim of a homicide. A news release from the Tieton Police Department says an autopsy thursday found the woman, believed to be in her 30's died of a result of foul play. Police aren't releasing details about how she died as the investigation continues.

The release says the woman is described as a white woman who was 5 feet 2 inches tall weighing 130 pounds. Her body was found in the 100 block of Tieton Road last Saturday. The woman hasn't been identified. An investigation continues Today.
