Even though we're enjoying the sunshine and mid to upper 50s this week, the forecast is calling for, at least a chance, of snow this weekend. Here's what's expected.............
The Washington State Department of Transportation has updated information about the re-opening of some of the state's major mountain passes.
After days of closure, two of the 'big four' will open this evening with the other two re-opening, hopefully, in the coming days...
Some of the snow we received this week has begun to melt, thanks in part to the winds which are to pick up even more. And what about the Washington passes? When will they reopen?
....if the mountain passes are getting slammed with snow, what will that mean for us here in the Yakima Valley? Forecasters seem fairly certain about the answers to both questions.
