Kolby Funkhouser was transferred from Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital on Saturday to the Yakima County jail.

The driver of the 1994 Ford Escort, that failed to stop at a red light and caused the collision, has been identified as 20-year-old, Kolby Funkhouser.

Yakima Police say the crash was reported at 10:18PM Tuesday
