Sunnyside Says 4 Officers Remain On Leave

The Sunnyside Police Deparment has released the number of officers involved in last Saturday's shooting of a 23 year old man during a traffic stop. The deparment says 4 sunnyside police officers remain on administrative leave. The Department has identified the officers only by last names...Officer Orate, Officer Sparks, Officer T. Orth and Officer Ausland have been placed on procedural administrative leave pending the completion of the investigation. A press release from the department reads; this administrative leave is merely due to the complexity of the investigation, and for no other reason. The Sunnyside Police Department anticipates the four officers to return to duty as quickly as possible.
