Steve Ford Speaker at Merrill Scott Symposium Thursday

Steve Ford, actor and son of former President Gerald R and Betty Ford is the featured speaker at this year's Sundown M Ranch 34th annual Merrill Scott Symposium alcohol and drug awareness banquet. The event is set for August 22 at the Yakima Convention Center. A news release says Ford has negotiated the "bumpy road" from the White House to a successful 20-year career as a Hollywood actor.
Last year Sundown M Ranch celebrated its 50th anniversary in helping people in the Yakima Valley. If you're interested in hearing Ford and attending the event tickets are $50.
