Shooting Injures 20 Year Old Yakima Gang Member

A known Yakima gang member was shot in the back and seriously wounded in a shooting in an apartment parking lot near the intersection of Roosevelt and Clark Avenues at about 1:30 Tuesday afternoon. Officers say the 20 year old victim was shot by another man who fled in a vehicle after the shooting. The victim, who hasn't been identified was hit in the back and seriously injured. No arrests have been made. Police say witnesses refused to talk and give details about the shooting.
