Searching For Murder Suspect

Moxee Police are searching for a murder suspect this morning...20 year old Christian Salvador Cervantes of Wapato is wanted for Saturday's murder of a 24 year old man during a fight in the 2 hundred block of West Moxee avenue.

Sgt. Mark Wilson with the Moxee Police Department says officers from Yakima and Moxee responded to the fight to find the victim but no suspect after an investigaton officers were able to identify the suspect and while they say some people involved have gang ties the motive for the fight. Remains under investigation. the suspect is considered to be armed and dangerous. If you have any information that could lead to an arrest police say call 911.
