If you can handle something easily you may say the effort is “No Sweat”.  Well, sweat may just be what you need to maintain you mental health and it may not take much of an effort at all!.

Researchers in Finland discovered that middle-aged men who spend serious sauna time four to seven-times per-week showed significant payback.  With increased sauna time the men were two-thirds less likely to be diagnosed with dementia and 65-percent less likely to be stricken with Alzheimer's disease than those who headed to the sauna just once per week.

Researchers say that they took other lifestyle and socioeconomic factors into account and they feel that lowering your blood pressure in the sauna could have a big impact on cardiovascular and memory diseases.
