Prosecutor Still Working On Death Penalty Decision

Yakima County Prosecutor Jim Hagerty continues gathering information to help him decide whether to seek the death penalty against 28 year old Kevin Harper charged with February's triple homicide in the Falcon Ridge development. Hagerty says it's a detailed process that looks at Harpers entire life. Hagerty has until April 1st to make the death penalty decision. Harper is charged with three counts of aggravated first degree murder in the deaths of Bill, Pauline and Elizabeth Goggin.
