Prosecutor Reviewing Shooting at Yakima Insurance Agency

Yakima County Prosecutor Joe Brusic says his office will review a shooting reported at a Yakima insurance agency on North 2nd Street to determine if the business owner was justified in using deadly force. Yakima Police say 23-year-old Felipe Samano was shot by the Farmers Insurance owner Juan Silva as Silva was walking into his business, Farmers Insurance last Monday morning. Samano was grazed on the face and arm by a bullet. He was treated at a Yakima hospital and then booked into the Yakima County jail. Police say Silva is cooperating with Police. Brusic says he's reviewing the case this week.
