Police Continue Bank Shooting Investigation

The officer involved in a shooting at a Yakima bank last week remains on administrative leave as the Yakima Police Department continues it's investigation. The 24 year old man who police say pointed a gun at officer Jeff Ealy and was shot 3 times was transferred to Harborview Medical center in Seattle on Saturday. Raymond Faucher III remains in serious condition. Meanwhile Lt. Mike Merryman says while it may take some time to complete the investigation everything at this point shows the officer was following department policy
