Pickled Baked Or Steamed Asparagus Harvest Starting Soon

A delay in the asparagus harvest has been caused by the cold weather this Spring. The harvest however is expected to be in full swing next week according to an officials with the Washington Asparagus Commission. Growers expect a crop of about 25 million pounds.
