You hear the bells all over the Yakima Valley. The Salvation Army Red Kettle campaign continues this Christmas season. It started just before Thanksgiving. It's a campaign that Major Jack Smith with the Yakima Salvation Army says helps them help others throughout the entire year ahead. "This is our big push of the year. It helps support our food bank. It helps support the entire Salvation Army." So far Smith says so far you've donated $68, 039. That's 4 % more than the same time last year. He says the goal this year is $100,000. The Red Kettle campaign continues for 1 more week. The kettles will be gone on Christmas eve.
