One Man Dead, Another Wounded In Sunnyside Shooting

The Yakima County Sheriff's office is investigating a homicide reported late Monday night in Sunnyside. Authorities say they received a 911 call at about 11:30 p.m. Monday from a woman in Sunnyside who told police her boyfriend had been shot but she couldn't give her location. A short time later the woman arrived at Astria Sunnyside Hospital with two men suffering from gunshot wounds. Her 30-year-old boyfriend, a resident of Arizona died at the hospital. Another 32-year-old man is being treated for non-life threatening gun shot wounds. No other details are available. The Yakima County Sheriff's Detectives are now investigating.
