Like hospitals across the nation Yakima's Memorial Hospital is preparing it's staff and doctors for a possible Ebola case. Diane Patterson is the hospitals' Chief Clinical Officer who says they're preparing front line staff in the emergency room and they're holding practice drills for protective equipment. "We have a tabletop exercise next week. Today we're having staff practice with protective gear." Patterson says like other hospitals they're working with the entire hospital staff to ensure in the rare case that an Ebola patient walks into an emergency room that everyone is protected and that the patient can be isolated.
