14-Year-Old Struck While Crossing Lincoln Avenue

A 14-year-old boy was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle as he was crossing West Lincoln Avenue at 24th Avenue at about 5:30 p.m. Monday. A 71-year-old driver stopped for after the crash but the driver was not cited. The boy who hasn't been identified was taken to a Yakima hospital and then transferred to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle where he's listed in critical condition.
