Man Arrested After Body Was Found In Gleed Barn
Yakima County Sheriff's detectives have arrested a man who found a body in a Gleed barn earlier this month.
45-year-old Randy Shea Gardner is sitting in the Yakima County jail on charges of first degree murder, second degree assault and unlawful possession of a firearm. The Yakima County Coroner Jack Hawkins is still trying to identify the body through dental records. An autopsy showed the man was in his 30's and that he died of a gunshot wound. Detectives believe the body is that of a person who used to live on the property near the barn in the 500 block of Old Naches Highway. Authorities didn't say where Gardner was arrested. The investigation continues as the coroner tries to identify the man.
