Lots Of Snow Equals Lots Of Water For Growers

Good news for growers in the Valley. The forecast for the Yakima Basin shows a full water supply for both junior and senior water rights holders. Chris Lynch with the Bureau of Reclamation in Yakima says all the snow that fell in the Cascades late last month helped increase the snowpack. Now they're just hoping to avoid a hot temps that could melt the snowpack. The water supply forecast will be updated each month through July.
